Happy Birhday and VSG?
Hey VSG crew
I' m celebrating my birthday today. My surgery was 3 weeks ago today. While I am happy to be sleeved I was kind bummed because I roll my birthday and the 4th together and it used to be a 4 day BBQ,drinks,cake fun fest!
So now what can I have now that I have frankenguts?
Ps. I had my gb removed so fat free works better.

How about egg salad or deviled eggs? Some really well cooked & moistened bbq pork or chicken if you are on soft foods already.
Maybe hop on over to eggface's blog to see what she says... she usually does some type of holiday theme each holiday. You can look through her past posts too if she doesn't have anything up for this 4th yet.

My tummy has always rumbled at me and now it is insane. My belly was asking me the other night what the hell did you do to me? Hubby was laughing and said me heard my stomach when he was trying to sleep.
After that I named my belly Frankenguts!

Happy Birthday! You can still celebrate ....buy some Crystal Light Margarita or Mojito and add a lime and crused ice to it. Taste just like the real thing. I second the deviled egg or make some sort of dip and have that. You will do great!!!

I had pulled pork tonight and Sleevezilla did not object - went down very nicely! The other option for you (as a great Marylander) is CRABS! You could get a few and pick them, or have crab cakes!
