Excited to have most of my stomach removed in a few days!

Wow, just a few more days now until my surgery date on Wednesday... excited and nervous at the same time!

Anyone have difficulty maintaining their fast for two days before the surgery?

Anything I'll forget to take to the hospital?

Yay!  My surgery is on Tuesday.  I am so excited.  Looks like you are going to SF.  I will be at Stanford Hospital.

Congratulations....you picked  the most awesome surgeon....IMHO...not biased at all  ha ha! Follow Dr. C's plan.....and you WILL do well!  His follow up is great to....support groups   NUT...etc...utilize them....you paid for it!  For the hospital....#1 chap-stick....#2 comfortable slippers...you can actually walk in....(you'll do lots!) #3  comfy clothes.....# 4 maybe an ipod, ipad, iphone  laptop, something to keep...you busy......other than that.....i can't think of anything else!   Good luck.....you will do great   you are in great hands!   

Dr Cirangle was my sister's surgeon. As Jimbo said you are in very capable hands. Can't think of anything else besides what Jimbo enumerated. Try to keep active during the recoup in the hospital as much as possible. It will be good for you and help pass the time.
