Define Mushy..

I love my turkey meatball (can only finish one) smushed up with some marinara sauce and a shake of parmesan cheese. Give it a shot. I even found some frozen crab cakes w/out a breading that can be baked and some frozen chicken curry that is easy to mash up with a fork...i skip the rice! Trader Joe's has a ton of mushy things if you are able to shop there. Have you tried scrambled eggs? Those are a nice change too.
What vanilla shakes do you like? I'm in need of trying new ready-to-drink shakes. I love my chocolate Premiere Protein but need some variety.
