Frisco...that looks amazing. Now I have a stupid question because I am a simple kinda gal with not much experience with artichokes (unless it is the heart out of the can). Can you eat the petal layers and all, or do you just eat the middle part?

Usually you use your teeth to slide/pull the "meat" off the artichoke leaf.
