I don't keep 'supplies' on hand other than drinks (diet green tea), but I pack breakfast and lunch ever day (cottage cheese, swiss cheese, tuna, steak). If I forget, I can come home.  It's good to work 10 minutes from the house :)

You know to be honest Jim, I always thought you kind of looked like this hot, buff cake guy leaning on the wall in your profile page. I never really looked closely at it until tonight. When I saw your staggering lose numbers I had to look at it more!

So, I looked at your before photos. OMG!! I can't believe how far you have come! You really do look amazing! I am married, so I am not hitting on you or anything, but OMG!!! Your transformation is phenomenal! I am so happy for you!! What a difference! I just had to tell you what the world sees now, a built guy that looks like a fitness buff. Never in a million years would I have ever thought you were once heavy!

Keep up the great work and helping me to see that I too can find my way back!

Thanks for the inspiration!
On my way!!!!!!

String Cheese, Beef Jerky, Greek yogurt and I keep some protien shakes in the work frig.

I guess I'm lucky my cowokers know I had WLS and won't let me eat the crap brought in, even if I wanted too.

A lot of the above, but one of my favs is turkey pepperoni. I read it here early on and I LOVE it with low fat string cheese. 30gms is only 70 cals. That's about 17 slices.

Also, OSTRIM sticks. BBQ is a fav of mine.(It's ostrich meat) 1 stick is 80 cals and 13 gr protein. YUMMY!

Being a nurse, working at night part time, it's tough. I always pack enough food in my cooler for 2 "meals" and 2 snacks and always have at least 4 Crystal Light on the go packs for refilling my 18oz bottle. I'm thinking of leaving some EAS Carb Control ready to drink shakes in my locker so I can put one in the fridge upon arrival incase I need/want it. Twelve hours is a lot of planning without being able to leave work!
I am also a fan of the Ostrim sticks....another great idea to keep in my locker!
I am a work of art in progress

I try not to keep anything "on hand" at work because I'm afraid it will just lead to cheating.  I force myself to take only what I can eat that day.  I do have some Crystal Lite and a lot of tea at the office.
