I knew she was not listening!

Just picked up my psych eval. Good news, she said I am well prepared for surgery but she did not listen to anything I said.

~She said I was 30- well, not till next month thank you very much
~She said I had two children at home- Nope, just one..though I hope to change that a year out from surg
~She said I completed 12 years of education when in fact I am an RN with an ASN degree(and we had this long convo about how she did not know you can be an RN with an ASN)
~She said I work in home health, when in fact I work in a Pediatrician Prescribed Extended Care Center..



I just hope her mistakes don't cause any issues with insurance coverage. I am thinking it won't....I hope.

Wow! That is bad! And she gets paid how much to not listen?

Good news is it wont keep you from moving forward!

Um isnt it her JOB to LISTEN?? wow that is crazy

I'm telling you she talked 90% of the time. Considering I am a talker by natural and she was a psychologist it shocked me lol! 

I have to say that my psych eval was a total waste of time...

yah, and who would have known in the whole 5 minutes I spoke to her that she could diagnose me. Apparently I have "adjustment disorder with depression" lol....I take that with a grain of salt.

Mine had a bunch of mistakes in it too but it was no problem for me.
