Taking Care of and Rewarding Myself

This weekend my mom, daughter and I went on a girls get away/spa weekend!  We went outlet shopping and today we went to the spa.  Not just any spa - the Hershey Spa!  (Hershey as in CHOCOLATE!)  Lets hope carbs can not be absorbed thru the skin - because I had a chocolate sugar scrub manicure and a caramel sugar scrub pedicure and a facial. 

I am so proud of myself - there was chocolate everywhere - not to mention muffins and other goodies (or should I say baddies).  I had one tiny mr good bar and a very little hot chocolate.  I am proud of the willpower that i had - I love my sleeve! 

I know this special day will renew my determination!  I hope everyone had as great a weekend as I did and hope everyone takes time to reward and renew themselves! 

You are a strong woman!  I've been to Hershey and it is temptation city!  The shopping is great but the smell of chocoate in the air is the best thing about going there!  Glad you had fun!

In the spa it smells like pure chocolate!  I think it helped me not crave it, because it was everywhere!

 Wow - that is pretty awesome that you were so good.  Do you think it is because you recently had surgery?  Does it really take away the urge?  Because the thought of smelling all that yummy chocolate seems like it would be pretty persuasive.  Good for you!  But having it rubbed all over my body sounds pretty good, too (I'm a masseuse and thinking of the benefits of massage combined with the smells of chocolate = nirvana!)

Awww, that is great you got to enjoy such a wonderful time with your family!  You most definately deserve it!  Congratulations on being so strong around so much chocolate!  I don't know if I would have been that disciplined!
