This is my first whack at this...I am still having to supplement alot with shakes because I get so full so fast:

B - 1.5 oz.Cottage Cheese with 1 oz. DiLusso natural deli Roast beef
L - 1.3 oz. Baked Cod with Onions
D - 1.3 oz. Baked Cod with Onions
S - 16 oz ChocolateProtein Shake (double sccop)

Water:  So far 24 oz
Vits: Yes
Exercise: Not sure...going to walk but it is 98 degrees here.

so find it hard to find dense protein for my diet.

No I'm not vegetarian :)  I eat meatless products simply because they're pre-portioned, satisfy me just fine, and are packed with protein and low in calories and fat.  It's much easier than weighing and measuring pieces of beef, chicken, pork, etc and eating off a family members plate at dinner time, leaving less food for them.  I buy lots of Morningstar Farms and Boca products.  Hope that helps :)

I jumped off the wagon and was swimming lost in an abyss...but I'm a fighter.  You'll be happy to know me and my Vitamix had my chocolate protein shake with a BUNCH of fresh spinach in it to start my day!

Hey MS SHELL....

I am having a chocolate Green smoothie this morning.
It tastes very good.  Glad to know I can mix it up a little.
Thank you girlfriend for the suggestion!!! 

Are you going to make one this morning?

I so encourage you to add kale and a couple of other greens
so it will work for you better.  Anything is better.

I am so proud of you doing this. I think this will help you.
the more veggies ( dark greens)  the better and more cravings
you  will have for them.  for about a couple of weeks your body
will go through a change...  dont worry and hang in there.
before you know it ....  BAM   it will melt off  especially if you use a variety
of greens.  I promise.

I didn't make one today because I had an early morning dentist appointment...I'm slowly getting into the greens...so as soon as I get paid I'll be adding some more stuff to the mix =)
