I was in Santa Cruz yesterday...

VSG on 10/06/10
 and walking in the sand is SO much easier at 165 pounds than it was at 282 pounds! I even wore a bathing suit IN PUBLIC! This VSG is the third best thing I ever did for myself, the first two being quitting smoking and quitting drinking
