Does Milk count as carbs?
If it's a carb you're consuming, it counts. When you log a protein shake on MyFitnessPal, you enter the powder, then the milk (or soy milk) and that will give you your total carb count for that shake.

Wow - So basically everyone is doing NO carb. 2 shakes and I will use up my carbs for the day. I thought I remember my nutritionist saying milk didn't count as a carb. Maybe I misunderstood. Oh well.
