Happy Dance (No, not submitted or approved yet) buuut....
I just got this email from the insurance lady with my surgeon. It feels so good to know that she is working so hard for me, and that soon we will have this submitted. YAY!!
I have contacted your physician and they have informed me that on the visits you had in march and april they did weigh you and that it was documented. They asked that I send a request to them specifically asking for that information. I have sent the faxed request to them just now and it may take a few days to get those. Once I do I will let you know and then we can submit to the insurance for the approval. =) Have a great evening.

Hope that everything gets turned in quickly, and the insurance company doesn't take too much time in getting an APROVED letter in the mail to you!
