PPI questions

What do you take?
How much do you take?
How often?
When?
Side effects?


I took my first dose of Protonix last night and about 2 hours later had (and continue to have) severe nausea. Wondering if I need to change it up?

I take generic omeprazole (Prilosec), 20 mg daily, in the morning on an empty stomach with a glass of water.  No side effects.
