So I got to eat real food and it went really well.  I at almost 2 oz of tuna in 45 min... I could have done more but I deceided not to pu****  I am 2 weeks out tomorrow and yet, my NUT is the one who told me to advance :-)

I expected ot be STUFFED sooner... not complining... just wondering....

Thanks!

You stretched your meal out over 45 minutes.  Food had already started exiting your stomach by the time you were finishing, so no stuffed feeling.  The general recommendation is to make you meals last no more than 20-30 minutes, then stop - just for future reference.

Tuna was my first "real" food as well.  Never did something that came out of a can taste so good!

Thanks!  As I was finishing up I started to remember that tip... I will watch the clock form now on!

I got so used to "take it slow" now I gotta get my stage 4 head in the game...

This is identical to what I did when I started semisolids 10 days ago. Two ounces of tuna. The speed really does play a factor in the amount of restriction you feel. I also findni feel more restriction if I don't chew meat up well before swallowing it.
