So sad but if you want something bad enough you will find a way. I am a self pay who took matters in my own hand and found $5000. and went to Mexico this was the flight, Hotel and surgery and I see many on here from Canada who are self pay some went to the same clinic that I went too, we have to want it bad enough to make it happen this might do it for her the insurance company may feel her pain and find her paper work and give her the surgery.
