I have always used Unjury. I am using it for my 2 week pre op liquid hell... I mean diet.  I am getting burned out on it fast.  Can anyone suggest something different?

Nectar...tons of flavors.  I can wait until I can have one of iced tea protein drink.  Also EAS premade carb advantage shakes are great...chocolate and vanilli.  EAS is great on the run, no mixing just grab and run.

I just got a bottle of isopure Apple-Melon drink and it is really good, and it has 160 calories and 40g of protein and no sugar and no carbs and it's pretty yummy, I am going to be looking for more of those.  Pure Protein from target in the milk chocolate was pretty good has 25g protein per 8 oz.

I live off Premier shakes from Costco.  LOVE them.  I HATED Unjury and once I found these, I was hooked.  Best of luck!

I had a reaction to whey protein, so stayed away from regular dairy for a few days.  I found greek yogurt, mixed with sugar free pudding mix (1 cup of yogurt mixed with 1/4-1/3 small box of the pudding mix) was delicious and filling.  I liked the white chocolate flavor the best.  After several days, I was able to drink 1 can of Pure Protein each day, which I found at Trader Joe's.  I had the 21g of protein type, but it also comes in a 35g version.  Good luck!

I went to that site several times when I had my lap band surgery three yrs ago.  I'm on the liquid pre op diet right now.  I know other people have said they were able to do the adkins diet for their pre op but the surgeon I am seeing want a all liquid diet.    After my revision  I will be going to this website alot.  Thank you for reminding me of it.
