June 2011 Sleevers!!

Good morning june sleevers!  2 month surgiversary today, total post op weight loss 47 pounds.  My goal was 50 so Im pretty happy, but more determined because for the past two weeks I have slacked on my excercise and protein intake. I usually get at least 48 oz of liquids, and at least 70g of protein, walking 3 miles 4X a week.   No weights yet.  The past few weeks drinking and eating has been less, so I think my bodys going into preservation mode.  Everything smells funny (its really weird) and I just dont want to eat, but Im back on track today!  Congrats to all us Losers!

HEY!!  I'm doing great.

Liquid: 60 oz - working on increasing this week
Protein: 60 g- about 20 of it with my protein crystal light
Exercise: 6 days per week, at least 40 minutes of cardio. walk track for 4 days, stationary bike and weights for 2 days, zumba in my house for backup.
Weight loss: my weigh-in day is Friday, but I plan to weigh in tomorrow for my 2mth. I'm guessing around 48 post-op and 72 total.

I'm just blessed and highly favored!
Pre-liquid diet 392; VSG'd on 6/10/11; 5'9"; SW 368/ GW 195?
          
Pounds lost: mth1=26.7; mth 2=21.2; mth 3=24.8; mth 4=13.8; mth 5=14.2;  
            mth 6=11.8; mth 7=9.2; mth 8&9= 17.2

hey fellow june siblings,

ok so on a good day i get 60ish oz of water..my doc says to try to increase..ugh its tough.

protein about 60-65g.

weight loss only 30lbs. i stall out at every number for at least a week it seems so whatever itll just be a slow weight loss. i can live with it.

exercise: for now just hittin the gym 2x a week and walking the other days. ill increase that number soon enough. everyone seems to be doing awesome!!

I'm a little late responding to this one.

surgery: 6/27

I'm down 32lbs since surgery (with 3 lost pre-op= 35lbs).

water is usually 60-70... it's a struggle, but would love to get to 80.
protein is usually 75-90 grams... my goal is 90-100.
carbs are lowwwwwwwww.... always under 30, sometimes under 20, LOL.

I just started cycling again. Now that the kids are back to school (starting monday!) I'm hoping to start weight training, too. I'm doing a triathlon in december, and will start running again in another 10lbs or so.

I (heart) my sleeve, and plan to beat last year's tri time!!
