ONDERLAND

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to post this because I haven't been on here because life has been crazy.

But I wanted to share my exciting news that for the first time in over 10 years I weigh under 200lbs.

My cholesterol went from 279 to 147 and my sleep apnea is totally resolved. I am now just waiting to get off my blood pressure medications and then I will feel amazing.

I had to share this with anyone who is contemplating this surgery or anyone who is stuck in a rut.

It is so worth it to make this lifestyle change and nothing feels better than the way this feels.

I can't contain myself because I am so HAPPY! :)  :) 

OMG I'm so happy for you!  I really hope that my sleep apnea will be resolved.  If anything at all, that is the most important thing I want gone along with the weight.  Congrats to you!
