Need Favorite exercises for your booty !!!!
hiking hills, inclines on the treadmill, stairsteps, climbing stairs, squats, lunges, walking lunges, more squats, walking up 2 steps at a time.
I had a flat butt at 4 months out. Over the past several months, I have built up some booty by working with a trainer and doing weight training. I also walk up hills, climb steps, and use the steep incline on the treadmill. The lower butt is saggy, but everything would be so much worse without the weight training and other exercises.
When I had a plastic surgery consult for a LBL, the surgeon said that he could feel some muscle and that I would most likely, end up with a butt, unlike most WLS people who have plastic surgery.
Weight training and exercise won't take care of all the excess skin, but it can help with building some muscle.

LOL! Ditto here. I think that part of me was the first part to shrink :) Right now I've started to use some of the weight lifting machines that are supposed to work on the glutes. I'll have to try some of the suggestions below!
