My birthday today..my thoughts on the past year..

Today is my 41st bday..yay me!!

I started this journey at 354 lbs..I am 5ft 5 inches tall.
I was wearing a size 32 jean and 4XL tops.

Today i am 203 lbs..wearing a size 14 or 16 jean..and XL tops.  I also can wear a size 17 jeans from the Juniors section..yay!!

My BMI was 58.9..super morbidly obese
My BMI now is 33.7..simply obese
when i hit 180 lbs..23 lbs away..i will be just overweight..lol

I have lost 20 inches off my waist...
I have lost 24 inches off my hips...

I have gained self-confidence..and i have gotten my life back.  I am forever grateful to my surgeon for this second chance at becoming a healthy person.

I am off my med's for type 2 diabetes..and high blood pressure.  No more sleep apnea.

I feel awesome today at 41..and am so happy...
