I buy the fruit kind and only mix some of it with the yogurt, the fruit comes bottom so I control how much to use.  Try almosd or cherry abstract!!!  :)

I love Greek yogurt but I use STEVIA/ Truvia which is an actual plant (stevia plant) that is naturally sweeted. Its in crystals..like sugar.

Splenda tastes good but is BLEACHED..with BLEACH.

And Aspartame is just not good for anyone.

I used to add fresh fruit or granola along with Truvia..but cannot yet.

Goodluck!!

I mainly use it as a sour cream substitute. I avoided the fruit ones because of the carbs and sugar.

As for add ins, I loved, loved, sugar free white chocolate instant pudding powder mixed in.

I also used it in place a may/miracle whip for all my chicken, tuna, egg salad recipes. Add greek yogurt with some dry ranch or italian dressing packet and it's the protein packed meal I loved.

To this very day, I do not purchase sour cream. Every single one of my recipes that are dips, or casseroles, crock pot meals that call for sour cream get greek yogurt instead.

Chobani or Oikos were my favorites. Fage is usually found quite easily. But, I could buy single servings of chobani and really liked that I could keep several in the fridge and no one else in the house would touch them.

Fage 2% & I add in DaVinci's amaretto, or sometimes blueberry.. Also the Dulce de Leche flavor went well!

I have mixed in SF Cheesecake pudding mix, that was ok, but needed some thinning as it thickened it a lot! Though whipping it may work well.. I also use it instead of sour cream and always have..

ok so here is the greek yogurt lowdown:

plain, unflavored greek yogurt is great in place of things made with sour cream, topping chili, tacos, etc..

i like the fruit on the bottom chobani but i dont mix in ALL or even most of the fruit, i put it in a separate dish and mix some of the bottom with some of the top- viola! fruity greek yogurt without 100% of the sugar from the whole cup

the chobani caramel and chocolate kinds are ok but not super sweet, a little tangy, oddly yummy

you can also add some sugar free jello pudding powder to the plain greek yogurt and a tiny splash of milk to come up with a creamy, puddingy concoction.. any flavor you like

and that, my dear is my low down, Sassy style!!!!
