I never knew i was overweight (fat as most people like to say****il this year. I was never the type of person to let size determine who i am/was. But this year after realizing how much pounds i really have on my bones i want it gone.....So i cant want for October i was two more primary care visits and a psych visit and then i will be on my way to a new way of life...i need this life style change ..so far i have been bleed not to have any co morbities but if i keep going the rate i have been...theres gonna be trouble....so i just keep smiling knowing October is right around the corner

There comes a time when a person says to themselves, I've just got to do this. I'm tired of being sooooo overweight. You've come to that point & I firmly believe you will never regret your decision.
I remember I couldn't wait for my surgery day & to move on to being healthier. Congrats on your
