I ask because I'm lactose intollerant when it comes to milk and ice cream.  I have NO problem with cheeses or yogurts.

Ick. Sorry.

Eggs and I just don't get along. I didn't really care for them much pre-op and now that I'm postop, I don't dare touch them. Perhaps that might could happen to you as well so make sure you eat your first egg or two within close range of a bathroom. ;)

As far as greek yogurt, I happen to love it and eat it plain and ate tons of it pre-surgery too, but there's def. an adjustment period. Try adding sugar-free syrups, sugar-free jams or just some splenda to it to cut the tartness.

Watch out for activia - high in sugar/carbs- try fage or some say cannon is good haven't tried it yet.
