So excited for you!  You are in a new chapter of your life and the book can end anyway you want it to.  What an exciting future!  Hold tight to the "food allergy" explainations for testing and tasting.  It will serve you well.  Keep us posted on your training and let everyone know where you will be working from time to time so everyone in that area can go there and support you! Way to go Chickadee!
