Not sure if I posted this before????? It's getting to be a blur.......

Pounded out Chicken Breast........salt, pepper, garlic, spinach, cream cheese.

Baked..... than pan seared....

Julienned English Cucumber with a light oil vinegar salt and sesame seeds.

Well, That camera is an Amateur Canon 5D...... The camera doesn't much matter......It's the set-up and the light.

I used to make something similar when I was on south beach except instead of cream cheese I used herb feta. SOOO good!!! I'd serve with the faux cauliflower "mashed potatoes" -- Delicious.
