I cannot wait to be far out enough to try some of your yummy looking recipes. I love to cook and can't wait to get back in the kitchen and start experimenting. Love all your posts and your food ideas.  I look for all of yours and Elina's posts as they have been the most helpful while I was in my "lurking" phase before surgery and so much more informative now that I've had the sleeve! Thanks for all your no nonsense, straight shooting advice!  I absorb as much of it as i can.  Even though you say you get frustrated with the newbies at times just know there is a group of us that wants to learn as much as we can and do not want someone to tell us doing screwed up crap is okay.  So keep being inspiring like you have been and ignore the idiots.
