so this morning is my first day without my Mom with me. I had to get my son ready for preschool (hubby works nights and was home in time to take him but I have to get him ready for school) then I had to pick him up later that day.

After that, I made him lunch and then when hubby woke up from his nap, I went to get my hair done....which of course, I love and it makes me feel much better...

but then I went grocery shopping. OMG, can we say food overload...how I drooled......but my son and hubby have to eat.

So now, it is 550pm and I am just waiting until it is closer to 7 so I can feel okay about going to bed lol!! I am pooped! I think I took on too much for 5 days post-op.

Wow! You were busy today!
I had my surgery on the 13th.
Today was my first day alone with the kids too. I'm not up to driving yet though, so I ordered Safeway.com to deliver groceries. LOL!

I understand! My hubby goes to work before preschool starts. I had to dress, feed, and drive my daughter to preschool today. I came home and decided to deep clean the whole house! I slept for the entire afternoon. My body was mad! Please take it easy but I know how hard that is, lol!

It doesn't take much to overdo it after surgery. Just because the incisions are small doesn't mean it's a minor procedure. Try to take it easy tomorrow and not overdo it too much. Give yourself time to heal. I didn't drive for a week...it hurt too much to get in/out of the car.

Wow, that is a lot.  I hit a wall yesterday, took a nap and was still done at 6PM.  I bumped myself back to clear liquids. Been having a nausua issue and have the scope patch back on.  No Pain anywhere, It started yesterday with a sour stomach and by this morning, it was full nausia. A very slightly elivated tempature on and off too?  And I was suppose to start work today HA

I'm 5 weeks out and still get woozy from time to time if I do too much. Like housework (which is actually awesome for me haha)

I can't vacuum! I am recovering from major surgery! ;)
