Trick Or Treat ?

Just a follow up on my Journey, I will be sleeved  October 31 2011  Yeah Haloween a lil creepy but 10 yrs if waiting I'm ready. Keeping my fingers crossed. Any and all tips (do's and dont's) while I prepare for my surgery will be GREATLY appreciated .

 Hey Susan Thanks for Asking.Im doing well .95 lbs so far feeling amazing.No complications to date.(knock on wood) Starting back in the Gym now. Sore but feels great. My surgery was on the 17 th of November so I'm on track I guess. 2.5 months in.

Nice to hear you're doing well - I'd say...95 lbs in 2.5 months! Holy #^&(*!!!
What gym do you go to? What type of surgery did you have? I had a BPD DS in 2003, eight years out and doing great. Moved here a few years ago and had a great support group in Upstate NY, thought I'd reach out to some people in the area.
