For those who helped me with my sugar issues, THANK YOU!

So I think I have finally pieced it together! For the first few days I didn't change any of my patterns and I watched my sugar carefully, it was jumping from pretty low to super high every time I ate, and then dropping back down low again fast and the higher the jump in the middle the more sleepy, sweaty and shakey I would feel!

So I have changed my eating patterns, smaller amounts over a longer period of time, and I do not go as long between eating as I was. I am having few lows and the spikes are not nearly as high, which means they are not dropping as fast either, so I am pretty much stable at this point.

I feel really good, and now that this is under control I feel even better! Still avoiding all refined sugars and carbs like the plague, as I am sure those would send me right over the edge and send me back into the shakey, sleepy mess I was!

Good news! Glad to hear things are more stable and have been able to determine what was going on.
