May I now sit

 Came home today from hospital,sleeved 9/28/11. I am delight to report everthing was smooth sailing. I had to ask the surgen did i really have surgery plus remove a high hernia.Just a little sore when I sit I. I give all thanks to  lord  for his mercy. thank you all for your prayers.

That is great please please make sure you get all your fluids in. Worry about protein later

I had surgery the 28th as well and everything was great andI feel fine , all things considered, God is good and guided my surgeons hands. I was in and out of surgery in an hour and a half.The staff was excellent .
