Stall Already?

This is so annoying.  I am only 18-days out, but I have been having a stall for about a week now.  My weight has been waffeling around about 2-pounds.  I know this happens, but I didn't expect it so soon.  I know it will end, and I am following my diet carefully.  But what a pain.  How long do these stupid things tend to last?

I went through the same thing at about the same time.  Most people say it lasts around 2-3 weeks.  Just stick to your plan, try to stay off of the scale, and you'll start losing again soon.  Good luck!

I have also been on a stall for a week too. yes it is annoying. Increased physical activity in addition to sticking to your diet might help to break it. Hope this helps and let me know if there is anything I can do to help you.

Thanks for the words of encouragement. I am sure I will break it; it is just annoying when it happens. Thanks again.

Ive been stalled since a week after surgery, so the 24th of August, until now (still stalling) however, My husband helped me measure today because I noticed last night when we went to dinner w. some friends from out of town, that my pants kept falling down and when i go to the bathroom i dont even have to unbutton my pants lol.  So I've lost lots of inches instead of pounds and im perfectly happy with that =0)

Good luck to ya,
