Had a nightmare I slightly went off plan......and by the end of the day I gave in to temptation and ate a WHOLE bag of Cotton Candy lol! (we had been at a festival with CC the day before)

It was a full fledge nightmare with racing heart/guilt and all that...

anyone else have nightmares about food?

wow, must be a three week post op thing!  I did last night!  I took a suppliment that got me worried my tummy wouldn't be able to digest it. That night,  I had a nightmare about my tummy, but it was anxiety driven about messing up my sleeve!  Something about fast food, carbination/soda and Pizza!  But like most dreams for me, kinda fuzzy but I did wake up with all kinds of anxiety.

I am sure we have all dreamed out our 'food pleasures" or maybe I should say lack of at one timei or another.    I know I have dreamed about eating something and feeling so badly that I had to go to the hospital.    Thank God it was just a dream.

Hugs and blessings ~~~ Vivian

Well it wasn't exactly a nightmare, but two nights ago I had dream about eating.  There was nothing else to the dream except me eating.  My body wasn't even in the dream, it was just my hands, my mouth, and the BBQ pulled pork on a soft wheat bun.  In my dream, I think I ate like 9 or 10 sandwiches.  I woke up pretty sure I'd gone totally nuts.

Never had one yet, almost 3 weeks post op.
I am laughing while I am reading this. I don't dream much anymore but when I was younger I talked, walked and had really weird dreams all in my sleep of course. I guess I amused my family. I still hear funny stories about this stuff.

me too! I once tried to beat my mom up with a pillow when she told me to go back to bed (while sleepwalking) Managed to unlock a door (if you hit it in the right spot it would pop open-I hit it with my head) and walk in on my brother showering.....would take up and tell everyone it was time for school at 3 in the morning...

yea I had pretty active nights! lol

I remember once, my sister waking me up asking me where the blow dryer was and I kept telling her at the end of my bed. I was getting pretty angry with her cause she kept asking me and shaking me to wake me up. Finally she woke me up and she said I was telling her it was in my mouth!!!

I have definately had food dreams recently. I think for me it is because I am dying to get to the mushies stage. I also tend to fall asleep thinking about different meals to cook to meet my protein needs.

I haven't had any food dreams, but I still dream about smoking, even though it's been over 15 years since I quit. Some addictions just refuse to let go of you!!!
