A ? for the band to sleevers about the old port site....

 So I have noticed that where my port used to be I get these funny crawly feelings, kind of like bugs crawling across the skin in that area. On more then one occasion I have yanked my shirt up to smack away what I thought was a bug under my shirt, only nothing is there and I continue to feel it. It's making me kind of crazy. It isn't where my scar from removal is, it's lower in the area that I could feel the port when I laid down when it was still in there. 

Anyone else? Did it go away? 

Awwwwwwwww the lovely nervey ending crawly things we experience. I have freaky pains in that area still at over 2 years out.

Great, so that means I get to continue to look like an ass every time I slap at a "bug" that isn't really there LOL 

It's better than having "real" bugs ha ha ha

 Hi,

Had my revision in Feb, 2011 and was so happy to get rid of the port.  Since then I haven't felt anything where the port was.  I sleep on my belly so the port always felt like it was in the way before my revision.
