I am almost 4 mos out to and feel your pain of loosing at such a slow rate. I have lost 61 total, 45 since surgery and its hard for me when I am on here seeing so many that have lost so much more than I have. However, I can say that so far I have not ever had a true stall. I had a few weeks where I only lost a few ounces here and there, but no true stall, thank goodness. Im just taking it as it is, and my goal is to be at or near my own goal by my 10 month surgiversary.

Good luck to all!

Quick Update:

Thank you all that responded. You grounded my mind and quieted those fears I had today. Something about the fear of failure -It follows me and even thou I have this tool, I still fear it isn't going to work.

My doctors appointment went well today. She is impressed at the amount I have lost and said I am ahead of the curve. She said I could hit a plauteu earlier but we will have to wait and see. The biggest concern she had was that my protein (labs) was low. That threw me for a loop. I am bad about taking the calcium but protein??? That is almost all I eat..lol It was weird. I have been eyeballing my meat portions, I figured my time at Weigh****chers and working for Jenny Craig-I knew how to determine my 2-3 oz of meat. If anything I may have to chug another protein drink before bed or eat some greek yougurt w/some added protein.
