My Fitness Pal's Support Check In
Hi
I am struggling with water intake and work.. I work from 6pm to 3;30 AM... I have my dinner at 8:30 pm and I am still hungry throughout the night.. I dont know what to snack on that will be good for me to keep loosing the weight.. any help would be greatly appreciated...

I need to work on getting exercise in that is beyond walking my dog, which I have to do regardless of whether or not I want to. Plus it's not exactly "working out." I told my Mom to start working up to 5 miles of walking so that when I am down there at Christmas we can kick off Christmas morning the healthy way :)
