That is great you have lost 71 pounds.  Help me I am 5 weeks post.  What did you eat on your 4 and 5 week post?  I need some help I am tried of blended and clear stuff.  I have lost 54 pounds but I jump for 52 to 54 pounds it depend on what soup I have and I never eat a can of soup it takes me 3 days to eat one soup.  Do you have any tips?

I also had my surgery in April. I just went for my 6 month check.
How are you doing with your eating?  I still eat a lot of yogurt, but I like it!
