FINALLY
Today I finally got in 57.5 grams of protein. I usually get around 30-40 at most. I am so excited. I have tried a few things. Actually able to tolerate chicken salad pureed. I did peanut butter but didn't work. In bathroom within 20 minutes. Managed to keep some down. LOL. Guess I found out what angering my sleeve meant. Going to try tuna tomorrow and eggs soon. Still only getting 2 ounces in but went to add at least 8 ounces of protein shake.
I do have a question though. Do I need to stay with 4 ounces at a time on protein shake or can I have more at a time.
