choosing what protein drinks are most economical and taste good

I bought a small container of soy isoletes protein powder unflavored. I figure I can mix that however I want with what ever flavor sounds good. We will see how it works out... wish me luck... lol    Thanks for the info...

Have you tried going to theworldaccordingtoeggface.com and vitalady.com vita lady has tons of cheap samples for 1.99 each and eggface has tons of recipes. Best of luck I did not mind the Body Fortess from Walmart is the cheapest one so far that I have found.  But as far a taste goes I like Muscle Milk Powder.  I find it on sale at GNC was just on sale for 27.99 for 2lbs was 56.99.
