5 Month Surgiversary!

Tomorrow is my 5 month surgiversary! I am so happy that I gave myself this wonderful gift. I have lost 93 lbs to date (19 pre-op) - so I'm not a "slow loser" or a speedy loser. I am very happy with my loss so far and very pleased the the control my little sleevezilla gives me! I am not perfect - I had 4 peanut m&m's today - but there is no way I would have stopped at 4 pre-surgery! But 98% of the time I stay perfectly on program - sticking to lean protein and limiting carbs and never drinking anything with more than 8 calories in an 8 oz serving. I love my sleeve and highly recommend this surgery to everyone who is interested in making a positive change in their life.

Congrats to all my June sleeve bro's and sis's! Hope everyone is doing great and feeling well.

What a fantastic job you've done!!! You've learned to live life with this and it offers you restriction as you need it and what a success!!! That is an amazing weight loss in a short period of time!!

Can you believe how fast it's gone??? I was sleeved at the end of June, and time has FLOWN!

I'm sticking to it too, I think it gets easier the more "on track" you are.

Thanks for the update, your weight loss is great! I'm hoping to be right there with you by my 5mos!
