OK.... I guess it's all about how many ways you can make and flavor chicken........

Grilled Chicken (2oz. Hammered Flat) Topped with a Tomato Basil Soup (lube).....served with a Shaved Broccoli Stalk Red Bell Pepper Salad.

How's that cook book coming along? That looks like a lot of chicken but if only 2 oz I am seeing different. Would grounding some chicken do well for some of us earlier folks?

Your meals look fabulous as usual.

I think the "flatness" of it makes it look bigger (wider).

Ahhhh !!!!!

You broke the code !!!!!

Hammered meats serve several puposes.....first...what you just said....makes it look like more on your plate!!!

Also....softens the meat....marinades are just a dip than onto the grill.....about a minute on each side and your done !!!

That broccoli stalk is from one stalk....shaved thin and bunched up on the plate makes it look huge!

pounding it flat also makes it easier to roll up tasty ingredients inside! One of my favorite chicken-stuffers is wilted spinach with garlic and olive oil and feta cheese. YUM.
