Wow, what a difference a year makes, eh? You look amazing, beautiful lady!! 106 lbs. in one year!! Congratulations!!

Thank you everybody for your kind comments.  I know this time last year, I was looking for all the success stories I could find.  It was scary starting the process and I remember thinking.  What if I am the one person it won't work for.  I was never able to lose weight on my own and my biggest fear is that this wouldn't work either.  I just want to be an encouragement to those of you out there that are starting on this journey.  WLS is the best tool you can give yourself.  It will work for you if you work with it.  Follow your plan and don't try to cheat the system.  I have 20lbs. I still want to lose and it is sticking around because I have let too many comprises come in.  I am back on track now and my sleeve still works for me.  So just remember, IT WILL WORK FOR YOU, IF YOU WORK WITH IT!
Be encouraged, be committed, be accountable, and most of all BE HAPPY!!
