Just over 5 month... with pictures.

So I am 5 months and 11 days out and physically I feel great. Mentally I still see the fat girl in the mirror and all the "your so skinny" comments don`t seem to penetrate. I have lost 77 pounds since my surgery and will say if you find it hard to be strict with what you eat them you must exercise. Just like before surgery if you eat something fattening like halloween candy the only way to make those calories useful is to burn them off.

To all those unsure about the surgery I am 23 years old and I say start your life now! Don`t wait a second longer because it is amazing to simply be able to breath again.

you are gorgeous! but, you were beautiful before the surgery as well. Congrats on your weight loss!!!! May I ask where you went for your surgery?

I used Dr.G at Abington Memorial Hospital in Abington, Pa. He is amazing and the whole team is wonderful.
