So, 101 lost Total, 76 lost since surgery
and I am 5'8"

So, these are my stats as of this morning! Holy Moly!! Luckily (so far) I haven't had a stall yet. My lowest week was 1 lb loss, but usually more than that. I am very pleased with the results so far!

I've only had the Foamies once, and unfortunately it was at work. Very embarassing! LOL
I haven't yacked at all yet, haven't over-stuffed. I measure 95% of my food. Only time I don't is if we go out to eat. I haven't had to ask for smaller portions, I just take leftovers home for 3-4 more meals!

I had been exercising regularly until about 3-4 weeks ago when I found out I have/had massive bone spurs in and around my ankle joint. I just had surgery last Wednesday to have them removed. So, this has slowed down my exercise a bit. As soon as this all heals up, I'll be back at it! Can't wait!!

Unfortunatly, I have A LOT of extra skin! Thighs, upper arms, belly & butt. I'm hoping for a little shrinkage, but honestly don't think that will happen. I feel it's in my genes to have saggy, deflating skin. LOL Oh well, possible PS in the future. If not, it's not the end of the world. I'd rather be small & flappy, than big and uncomfortable! :)

Next week will be my 5-month mark, so I will wait until then to post my next set of pics.

Does anyone know how I get the nice little gold emblem for Century Club?? I couldn't find it anywhere to add to my signature.

Thanks!!
Happy Tuesday!!
Jennifer

I am also concerned about the skin. Some people snap back and some don't. When I was 15 I lost 80 pounds and always had loose skin on my arms and a belly pooch. I figure if that happened so young with only 80 pound, what will happen now that I have to loose 180 lbs? ut you are wise in saying "I'd rather be small & flappy, than big and uncomfortable! :)" I too will deal with the loose skin if it means I can dance again, go on a plane without feeling uncomfortable, ride on a rollercoaster and overall improve my health and add a few extra years to my life. My husband gets mad when I complain about the skin. He says just loose the weight, the skin is the least of your worries. It sounds harsh but he is trying to be supportive and let me know he doesn't care about the loose skin. LOL

MAJOR CONGRATS ON THE 101 POUND WEIGHT LOSS! THAT IS AN AWESOME ACHEIVEMENT!!!!!
