Dense, white fish feels like a brick in my stoamch?
Alright...
I've had very little issues. I can digest anything... even things I'm not supposed to (ahem).
Protein sources - beef, chicken, turkey, soy, all fine.
Fish - Salmon, great! Tuna, great! Dense, white fish like Mahi Mahi .... oooouch.
When I eat dense white fi**** feels like rocks in my stomach. Just sits there. I feel like I can eat much more protein from any other source than white fish.
Anyone else experience this!?

Hey ruggie.....
Two things......
- Maybe not have the white fish for a while.....or eat slower...or less of it...... test yourself.....
- Remember white fish for when your further out and looking for foods that stay in your sleeve longer.
I'm the same way with Grilled Mackerel....The Japanese name of the dish is called "Saba" grilled or broiled Mackerel.
I eat about an ounce.... and I'm d.u.n. Done..... Now I use it as a tool for when I'm watching it.....

Another helpful thing, I have found, for when foods sit heavy is munching a papaya enzyme or two after consumption. I found fresh out that if I did not munch a papaya enzyme I could feel my belly churn, it did not hurt, but I was not used to, or keen on, feeling my digestive process. With the papaya enzymes, my digestive process went unnoticed again.
Yaay.
Good luck, friend.
