So..... just minding my own business.....thinking about what to snack on......

I can up with this "Freaky Idea"

Adding food bits to a Cheese Crisp !!!!

One sandwich slice of Mozzarella........

Topped with bits of already cooked Italian Sausage.....Bits of Portobello Mushroom....and small diced Red Bell Pepper.

Place on shiny paper plate...... Microwave 45 seconds or till crisp..... let cool a little .....lift from plate.....place on paper towel to soak up some oils..... Eat !

looks very good, I have done some cheese crisp already with a little bit of pizza sauce on them.

I have done some crustless pizza too but my belly either don't like the spices in the pizza sauce or pepperoni

OMG I am soooo showing this to my daughter. She loves to make cheese crisps for a snack - and given what she used to like to snack on, they've been fabulous change!
