Looks lovely as always!!!... Wish my family would eat thighs...Spoiled with boneless, skinless!!! It gets boring!!! Think I might get some and tellum eat'em or go without!!!.LOL!!

I used to be a breast guy all the way (that didn't come out right)

For me and I think many.....Chicken is the single most food that I really need to keep fresh and not get tired of..... So now I'm much more open to different preparations and different pieces of the bird.....

Yeah I am a breast guy too.......but the thighs are generally a lot more juicy.

That looks amazing.  What was the glaze?

  What tool do you use to get your zucchini noodles... a mandoline?

I do have a mandolin......but those are done with a Julianne Hand Peeler....I think the OXO brand.
