So I am determined to up my protein without upping my calories too much so today I found a breakfast and a lunch that I can fit in my little sleeve that is packed with protein.

Bfst. I cooked up some Jennie o extra lean ground turkey with some Ortega low sodium taco seasoning. the 20 oz package made 8 2.5 oz servings which i measured and put in ziplocs. Also my new protein find is mixing the fage fat free greek yogurt with salsa, makes kind of a southwest ranch style dressing its fat free and adds protein and the wet factor to my foods...
K so breakfast, I put a little butter in my little egg pan, added a package of the turkey and heated it up, then added 1/4 cup of my egg beaters and scrambled em up, then a little pepper jack cheese...i put a little of my yogurt/salsa combo on and... YUMMMOOO I couldn't quite fini**** all but here is myfitnesspal's breakdown.

Sounds Yummy! I have been having a hard time getting in protein too and just made a protein coffee that is pretty good (cant stand the shakes anymore)

coffee
4 oz pure protein choc ready made shake
1 scoop EAS Vanilla protein powder
2 T Torani SF Hazelnut syrup

Has 170 cals, 5 gm carbs and 31 gms protein - and it held up to the heat which is good b/c its starting to feel like winter!

The eggs sound really good.  I'm not much of a fish person, but I may have to start liking it.

How many oz of drink did it make. That sounds yummy. I have been looking for a good coffee protein mix. I have unjury protein powder and the atkins ready made shake and the hazelnut syrup. I wonder if it would taste good too. How many oz of coffee? Thanks.

I used about 8 oz b/c I dont like my coffee strong, but i guess it up to your taste. I also have Unjury protein but b/c there are so many warnings about not heating it above 130 I didnt use it.

Now that I think about it I dont think my coffee is above 130 degrees after adding in 4 oz of cold protein shake so the Unjury would probably work fine.
