My Fitness Pal's Support Check In

 It's been a while since I posted this, so I thought I would bring it up again! 

We have a great little support system going over on MFP, everyone is welcome to join in, it's great for every stage in the game. 

I am tripmom02 over there, just send me a friends request and I will post a "check in" for all the OHers so that we can friend each other and build an even bigger, better support system!
