tech question how do I get my vsg date to post under my avatar?

I have looked under settings and such... I cant seem to find it. I put my vsg date and my surgeon under one section but it does not show up under my avatar when I post something. Help???

VSG on 03/21/12

Go to my accounts, on the left side you will see my journey, from there select add surgery....

Go to "My OH" then "My Journey" Then select, surgeries...
