The dreaded Ticker and Before Pics
I am normally very private about my life and I made the decision to "bare" as much as possible here on the boards.
I took my pictures even though I did not want to. Something about seeing the pictures made me realize how out of control my weight was getting. The before pictures showed how uncomfortable I had become in my body. Now I am close to goal I feel so much better and you can see it in my profile pictures. I shared them on here because the pictures are so motivating to others on this journey. I don't feel criticized and just having people cheer you on ..if feel good. : )
