lost my way....

 I am about 14 weeks out and I feel like I have lost my way! I don't really know what to eat drink... ect! What is everybody eating??? What does your daily diet consist of?

You've made a good first step, which is recognizing this and seeking support.  Do you have a written plan from your surgeon and/or NUT as a guide?  

For breakfast, I typically eat one of the following: protein shake, egg (scrambled or hard boiled), cheese, greek yogurt, turkey sausage

For lunch and dinner , I typically eat chicken, fish, beef, pork or tofu plus a bit of non-starchy veggies like broccoli, green beans, squash, asparagus, spinach, etc.

For snacks, I like hard boiled eggs, greek yogurt, pistachios or other nuts, cheese, jerky.

There is a daily thread where people post their menus.  The title is Whatcha Eating Today VSGers?

A common plan that many VSGers use, including me, is a daily intake of:
600-800 calories
64+oz fluids
60+g protein
less than 40g carbs

I stick close to 600-800 calories, 80 g protein, 40 g carbs or less, 64+ oz water, and 30 minutes walking per day.
